The following payment methods are supported for your purchases :
- Credit/Debit Card. The accepted cards for your transactions are all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, debit and prepaid cards. Upon completing your transaction by credit/debit card, you are transferred directly to the Secure Environment of National Bank of Greece. Kalkito.gr does not withhold information and does not register the data listed on the credit/debit cards, except for the name of the holder for the purpose of issuing a purchase receipt or invoice. Retail sales receipts and invoices for purchases that are paid by credit card will be issued exclusively in the cardholder’s name.
Transaction Security : All card payments are processed through National Bank of Greece e-Commerce electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with encryption protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption ensures all data until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
- Cash on Delivery (Domestic orders only). In this case, pay the corresponding amount to the post office or the partner of the courier company who delivers your parcel. Prerequisite for sending Cash on Delivery products is to provide us with a valid contact phone number.

The receipt of the deposit should then be sent by fax to 2114011073 or by email to email@example.com, at which time its processing will begin immediately. For a faster service, state your order number as the reason for your deposit. Please proceed with the payment within 2 working days. In case of any hindrance, let us know immediately. Please make the bank transfer through the same bank, so that no extra fee is charged to the principal or the recipient. For purchases of € 1,500 worth and over, the amount can be paid only by credit/debit card or by bank deposit in the above bank accounts.
- Telephone Orders. You can place your order by phone at 2114011073 during store opening hours without being a registered member of our webshop. The payment of telephone orders is made by Cash on Delivery, by Key-to pay link or by deposit in the above bank accounts.
Shipping costs are added to the total cost of your order at the Cart stage and before the final stage of the purchase and is € 3.00 per domestic shipment. For shipping to a foreign country, EU or other, please contact us before placing your order.
For purchases over € 70, shipping is free.
For Cash on Delivery payments there is an additional fee of € 2.50. If you wish your delivery to be made on a Saturday by appointment, contact us to let you know if this feature is available in your area as well as the extra cost of this service. If you wish your delivery to be made at a specific time by appointment, there is an additional fee of € 4,40. If you encounter any problems while receiving your products, please contact us immediately. Assembly of products is not included in shipping costs.
All the products on our website are immediately available (except in rare cases where the delivery time is agreed upon). The delivery of the products is done by ELTA Courier, the Hellenic Post for the areas where there is no ELTA Courier branch or by General Postal. The usual delivery time of immediately available products for Greece is 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. In the “Order History” section of your webshop you will be able to check the progress of your order at any time.
If you select “Store Collection”, the products you selected will be available from the Paleo Faliro store. If you wish to pick them up from the Piraeus store, you must inform us by phone at 2114011073 or via the contact form, stating the number of your order. If the payment method you have chosen is “Payment upon Delivery”, then the products will remain available in our store for 3 days. If you select “Credit Card Payment”, there is no time limit for collecting your order items. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 p.m., will be processed the following Monday.
Gift wrapping is provided free of charge, please let us know in your order comments.
Our store can issue discount coupons as a thank you gesture to its clients. These coupons will be in the form of a code (unique each time) that will be sent to you by email but will also be available in the “My account – My coupons” section of our website when you log in to your account. In case you want to use one of your coupons, you must add it (copy & paste) in the corresponding box, at the Cart stage, before completing the order.
Order Cancellations and Product Returns
You can request the cancellation of your order at any time, provided the products have not been shipped. In case these have already been shipped, the case of returning products applies. Cancellation of your order is done by phone or email. The refund of the amount paid is done in the same way that the payment was made.
You have the right to return the products you buy, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, after prior telephone or written communication with us about your intention. Any returned products must not have been used and you must send them to us in their original commercial packaging, which must be unopened (exactly as you received them). Along with the products, you must enclose the original retail receipt or the corresponding invoice. The shipping costs of returned products are borne by you. The refund of the amount paid is done in the same way that the payment was made. If you believe that the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 5 days from the date of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons :
1) The product has been delayed from being shipped by our supplier. In such case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product. We will send this item to you immediately upon receiving it.
2) In case of extreme weather conditions or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
