Kalkito.gr is an online store selling goods via the internet, an extension of the activity of the Kalkito toy store, based in Paleo Faliro, at 9 Ag. Alexandrou St. and owned by Eirini Chaldaiou.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Kalkito.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the Terms and Conditions of transactions. Visitors and members are responsible for periodically checking for changes to these terms of use. The use of Kalkito.gr after the above mentioned modification is considered an acceptance of the terms of use and any modifications thereof.
PROVIDED INFORMATION / PRODUCTS
Kalkito.gr is committed to the completeness and validity of the information provided on its website, with the exception of any technical or typographical errors, which have escaped attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any interruption of the website’s operation due to force majeure. We take every possible measure to ensure that all product descriptions and prices displayed on the website are correct. However, cases of errors in prices and minor product features cannot be ruled out and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no downtime of the website or human errors when updating/listing the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of your purchases, we call you if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding with ordering, contact us. Color reproduction & individual screen color/brightness adjustments can create small variations in product colors.

You may not in any way or by any means copy, distribute, modify, alter, compile, format, reproduce, transfer, sell, republish, upload data to any other computer, any information provided on this website, including the provision of aforementioned information on the Internet in any way, without the prior written permission of Eirini Chaldaiou.
CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION
Your personal information, which is necessary to create a user account and make online purchases, including your name and surname, your telephone number, your postal and e-mail address, is submitted by you voluntarily and you guarantee the truth and the correctness of these. The factors used for your authentication are two: the User ID (E-mail address) and your Personal Secret Security Code (Password), which, every time you enter them, give you a completely secure access to your personal information. Kalkito.gr gives you the opportunity to complete your order as a visitor. In this case you do not need to set a security code and password and your personal information is used only once to complete the shipment of your order.
ACCOUNT DELETIONS
The members of Kalkito.gr reserve the right to modify or remove their personal data and preferences, as well as completely delete their account, at any time, through the website. Once you delete your account, you will no longer be able to make online purchases or receive emails from us. You can re-create the account with the same e-mail address, however any information regarding your order history will no longer be available.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND PRODUCT RETURNS
You can request the cancellation of your order at any time, provided the products have not been shipped. In case these have already been shipped, the case of returning products applies. Cancellation of your order is done by phone or email. The refund of the amount paid is done in the same way that the payment was made.
You have the right to return the products you buy, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, after prior telephone or written communication with us about your intention. Any returned products must not have been used and you must send them to us in their original commercial packaging, which must be unopened (exactly as you received them). Along with the products, you must enclose the original retail receipt or the corresponding invoice. The shipping costs of returned products are borne by you. The refund of the amount paid is done in the same way that the payment was made. If you believe that the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 5 days from the date of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Kalkito.gr can provide no guarantee for the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely notification of the final consumers about their non-availability. Kalkito.gr is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur to users when attempting to access its website and during its use and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own devices/settings. Kalkito.gr also bears no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and especially unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it. Kalkito.gr is not liable to its customers/users for damages that may occur from the execution or not of their order, except in cases that fall under the “Product Returns” segment. Kalkito.gr cannot be held responsible for not honoring the anticipated time of delivery of goods in cases of force majeure. In any case, Kalkito.gr reserves the right, at any time, to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of all or part of its webstore for reasons of maintenance/upgrade or any other reason.
Kalkito.gr does not sell to minors. If you are under 18 years old, you can use Kalkito.gr only with the assistance/approval of a parent or guardian.
APPLICABLE LAW
All transactions carried out through Kalkito.gr are governed by the applicable law that regulates issues related to trade and e-commerce in particular, as well as by Law 2251/1994 about Consumer Protection (as it is codified with all its amendments). The Courts of Athens are responsible for resolving any dispute that may arise.
